Overview
Why Deltron AVR
Based on high speed semiconductor (Thyristor) technology and all digital microprocessor control, Static Voltage Stabilizers continuously monitor the incoming supply. Should the incoming voltage rise or drop, the stabilizers will automatically control the output to ensure the voltage reaching the load equipment always remains constant at the requisite voltage.

Automatic Voltage Regulators (Voltage Stabilisers) – frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a servo and a static voltage stabilizer?
A servo voltage stabilizer (Deltron SVR series) uses a servo motor driving a variac and booster transformer, with a correction speed of 90–200 V/s. A static voltage stabilizer (Deltron STR series) has no moving parts and uses thyristor (semiconductor) switching with a correction speed of 500 V/s, making it maintenance-free and ideal for highly sensitive loads.
What power ratings are available?
Single-phase servo stabilizers from 1 to 50 kVA (SVR 100), three-phase servo stabilizers from 3 to 3000 kVA (SVR 300) and static stabilizers from 1 to 30 kVA (single-phase STR) and 10 to 3000 kVA (three-phase STR).
What output accuracy do Deltron stabilizers provide?
Static STR stabilizers provide ±3% as standard and ±1% to ±5% optionally. Servo SVR 300 stabilizers provide ±2% at 380/400/415 V (L-L).
What input voltage range can Deltron stabilizers correct?
Three-phase STR units correct 275–450 VAC as standard (optional 190–485 VAC). SVR 300 servo units operate from 120 to 520 VAC (L-L) with selectable regulating ranges from 155–400 VAC up to 310–485 VAC.
